OIL PENCIL
The high level of oil in the new formula allows smoothness, ideal for primitive sketching. The sketches will have

This white chalk pencil has high covering power on black or coloured paper. It’s perfect for highlighting light areas in your composition. You can blur and blend the marks on the paper using either a smudge stick or your fingers. Use of fixative is recommended. Available in either Soft or Medium hardness.
