The Da Vinci Casaneo Series 898 Oval Pointed Wash Brush is made from a 100% synthetic Kazan Squirrel hair that is suitable for vegan artists for those looking for animal-friendly brushes. These brushes are designed for use with watercolours and fluid acrylic colour. They have short, black lacquered, hexagonal handles that are finished with a silver colour ferrule.

Da Vinci Casaneo brushes have extra soft, synthetic hair designed to mimic the natural elasticity and colour absorbing capacity of a natural kazan squirrel hair brush. The Series 898 Oval Pointed Wash brush is wide enough to create large washes, while its point and side can be used to paint more detailed work.
